Welcome to the Acworth Wellness Center.

Dr Jim  Di Blasi has practiced in Acworth since March 1978.

We are located on Cedarcrest Road, near the intersection of Cedarcrest Road

and Harmony Grove Church Road.     Look for the office park's sign.

Turn in and go to the back and look for our office in building 900.

We are in suite 913, on the right side of the building.
