issue of ‘Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences’, a study was
published. They found that your gut is
literally your second brain and can significantly influence you mind, mood and
behavior.

stress-induced hormone corticosterone, resulting in reduced anxiety and
depression.
A study published in ‘Neurogastroenterology
